Village Hall

The village hall is the centre of all the group activities in Hail Weston. These range from gardening and bridge groups to a yoga club.

The hall is a popular venue for birthday parties, village social events and fund-raising activities including Race Night and Quizzes.

Availability: Evenings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays

Hire Costs: £12 per hour (£10 for village residents)

Minimum 2 hour hire for Sunday-Thursday evenings and weekend mornings and afternoons

Minimum 5 hour hire for Friday and Saturday evenings

It is run by a management committee which is a registered charity. The Committee contains representatives of Village Groups and Villagers who are elected at the Annual General Meeting which is held in September. The committee is responsible for the finances and maintenance of the hall.

The hall is used extensively and has to be booked in advance.
