Please note that records show Hail Weston Parish Council formed as far back as 14th December 1894. Unfortunately, there is an inconsistent record of parish meeting minutes located despite searches.

The Archivist at Cambridgeshire County Council has some records covering Minutes from July 1989 onwards and parish documents from early years.
